We aim to create  safe spaces with  personalised, and sustainable care packages for individuals with highly specific and often long-term clinical needs. Our Complex Care division is Nurse led delivering clinical quality with  professional empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting people in their homes and communities.

Our Candidate Journey & Clinical Standards

Our robust recruitment and training process ensures that every team member is highly prepared to work in complex care. This includes:

Stage 1 – Pre-screening:

  • CV and reference checks
  • ID, right to work, DBS, and training certification review
  • CQC-aligned interview questions
  • Transferable DBS and overseas documentation

Stage 2 – Clinical and Compliance

  • Online training modules
  • Classroom-based training and clinical assessments
  • PMVA, care certificate, and mandatory care skills

Final Onboarding

  • Signed contracts
  • ID badges and induction pack
  • Clinical oversight by our healthcare educators and registered managers

We maintain ongoing training, regular CPD, and internal auditing to uphold the highest standards of care.
